Job Summary:


• Develop and deliver high-quality engineering documents, including reports, calculations, and drawings, that meet the highest technical standards.


• Mentor and supervise Staff Engineers and CAD staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.


• Collaborate with clients to address technical design issues, coordinate document preparation, and ensure timely submittals.


• Monitor project costs, ensuring efficient delivery while meeting contractual obligations.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:


• Possess a Professional Engineer license in the State of Maine, with the ability to obtain NCEES registration for other New England State PE certifications.


• Hold an accredited BS degree in Civil Engineering, with relevant coursework in Structural Engineering.


• Bring a minimum of ten+ years of engineering experience in the structural engineering field.


• Demonstrate expertise in steel, concrete, masonry, precast, cold framed metal, and wood-framed design of building structures.


• Showcase experience with Building Information Modeling (Revit) and relevant structural engineering software, such as RAM, RISA, and other similar packages.


• Be prepared for periodic project-related travel within New England states.
