About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Pet Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Pet Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Your duties will include cleaning boarding spaces, dishes, laundry, individual dog play sessions, walking dogs, and other tasks around the pet resort.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain boarding spaces, dishes, and laundry
- Provide individual dog play sessions and walking services
- Assist with other tasks around the pet resort
- Work collaboratively with the Pet Services Team to ensure exceptional guest care
Requirements
- Dependable and committed to excellent attendance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and multitask well
- Comfortable caring for and cleaning up after our dog and cat guests

Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Move throughout the resort for up to 6 hours
- Ability to lift and move 40 lbs
- Understand and respond to team members' and guests' requests in a loud environment
- Bend, stoop, and reach to run and load dogs, serve customers, and clean the resort
