The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising aquatics facilities with multiple pools and spas in a large resort environment. A minimum of two years of experience is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Class E Driver's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate database files are also essential.

As a Pool Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting aquatic training classes, in-service training drills, and internal spot checks. You will ensure that all aquatic areas comply with the Starguard Elite Program and maintain accurate records of logs, checklists, and lifeguard certifications. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to compile data, filter exception reports, and produce statistical reports for Risk Management and Executive Committee.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, including weekends and holidays. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment, and motivated by making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar positions in the Orlando area.
