Job Title: Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Home Office Leadership team to develop sales growth strategies and drive top-line revenue generation.
  • Oversee and support property-based sales teams to ensure effective selling processes are in place.
  • Work with sales teams to support major and critical client accounts, inspiring collaboration and mentoring opportunities.
  • Build high-performing sales teams, identifying and developing top talent.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hotel sales experience, with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • SMERF experience a plus.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
