Achieve meaningful impact in health care by developing and implementing data-driven pricing policy within the Provider Finance Pricing team. Collaborate with stakeholders, design innovative solutions, and lead cross-unit workgroups to enhance data management and analysis approaches.

Prioritize effective communication and organization as you engage with technical and non-technical audiences, articulating complex findings clearly and persuasively. Foster a flexible, collaborative environment that balances in-person and remote work, offering a hybrid model that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analyses of health care costs, service utilization, and other data sources to support the lifecycle of pricing policy development.
  • Broaden your skillset by designing and updating data collection tools, reviewing and validating data submissions, and identifying best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver results, coordinate regulation kick-off meetings, conduct rate models, and draft memos.
Requirements
  • Educational foundation: Possess a bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, or a similar quantitative field. A graduate degree is preferred.
  • Data strategist: Showcase strong data management skills, including proficiency in Excel and statistical software programs like R.
  • Specialized expertise: Bring at least four years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, or a similar field.
  • Effective communication and organization: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
