Compensation

The hourly wage for this role is $17 per hour, with pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour based on performance and experience. Plus, enjoy top-notch perks like:

About the Role

This part-time position comes with shifts from 4 to 8 hours. The work schedule spans Monday to Friday and weekends as needed. As a part-time Health and Wellness Experience Coordinator, you set the tone for our clients' experience. Your day includes greeting clients with a friendly smile, checking them in, and helping them feel at home.

You guide potential clients through facility tours, highlighting our one-on-one and group stretching services. Booking and confirming intro classes keeps you on your toes, as does helping us achieve sales goals. You also occasionally represent StretchLab at special events, bringing our community together.

Responsibilities
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with computers
  • The ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day
  • The ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • The ability to travel as needed
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
