Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. As a clinical therapist, you will work directly with clients, providing evidence-based treatments for depression and anxiety. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting intakes and diagnosing clients according to the current DSM under the supervision of a licensed professional
  2. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  3. Maintaining accurate records and communicating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Be approved by the board as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
  • Have post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
  • Be able to work independently conducting intakes and diagnoses under the supervision of a licensed professional
What We Need

We require our clinical therapists to be available full-time, working at least 30 hours per week. You must reside within 45 minutes of our office location and be willing to work a hybrid model, splitting your time between the office and remote work. Flexibility with scheduling is also essential.
