About the Role:

As a Camp Ministry Intern at Spruce Lake Ministries, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting various departments and contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate spiritual maturity to lead themselves and others. They must also align with Spruce Lake Ministries' mission, vision, statement of faith, and core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks in various departments to provide support to Spruce Lake Ministries.
  • Gain insight into all camp areas while participating in spiritual and leadership development.
  • Accountable to the AGAPE Program Manager and assigned department leader(s).

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education.
  • At least 20 years old (exceptions may be made for RENEW graduates).
  • Maturity and flexibility to work in various roles.
  • Spiritual maturity to lead others and desire to grow.

Physical Requirements:

Good physical health to meet demands of the camp environment.

All employment hires are contingent upon completion of FBI Criminal Background fingerprint clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and PA Criminal History Clearance.
