Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's devices. This individual will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users, managing device setup and policies via InTune, and guaranteeing compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as necessary to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and manage InTune-based policies for device management, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and best practices.
• Configure and manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals using InTune for provisioning and policy enforcement, promoting efficiency and reducing downtime.
• Establish and manage user accounts, control access, and ensure security best practices are followed to safeguard sensitive information.
• Install, configure, and maintain business-critical software on multiple devices, ensuring regular updates and patches to prevent vulnerabilities and data breaches.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience with InTune for device management and policy enforcement, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Extensive knowledge of hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, including common issues and resolutions.
• Familiarity with user access control and security best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for effective end-user support, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in software management, including installation, configuration, and updates across multiple devices, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and open communication.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
