About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Design Expert to join our team at Capital One. This role involves designing high-quality, memorable learning experiences for associates primarily focused on compliance and policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective training programs that meet business objectives and drive performance
  • Consult with Compliance Governance and other stakeholders on training needs, solution design recommendations, and delivery expectations
  • Collaborate with team members on learning and development best practices to ensure superior deliverables
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, cognitive science, and other evidence-based learning fields
  • Strong project management skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management
  • Advanced Google Suite skills
  • Intermediate experience working with graphics tools and video editing software

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
