This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a construction professional to play a key role in securing new business for projects such as multi-family housing, hotels, medical offices, religious institutions, and industrial developments across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work and create detailed cost estimates for concrete construction.
  • Develop strong working relationships with General Contractors to ensure smooth communication throughout the bidding process.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of each project's requirements, including on-site visits as needed, to deliver accurate and competitive bids.
  • Manage all aspects of the bidding process, from analyzing project drawings to submitting final proposals that align with company guidelines and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely and complete submission of all bid-related deliverables.
Requirements:
  • A degree in construction management or a minimum of 3 years' experience in reading structural and architectural blueprints and preparing estimates.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Self-driven, punctual, and polished in both appearance and behavior.
