Clow Valve is seeking a skilled Fuse Coat Painter to join our team in Oskaloosa, IA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for painting and assembling valves, as well as operating a forklift as needed.

• Retrieve unpainted parts from storage and load them onto the chain conveyor.
• Blow shavings and debris from unpainted parts.
• Hang unpainted parts on hooks.
• Paint valves using a handheld paint sprayer.
• Check the temperature of parts.
• Unload finished parts from the conveyor line.
• Place finished parts on pallets, tubs, or bins.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contribute to team efforts by meeting production requirements as needed.

• Lifting and carrying objects weighing less than 25-40 pounds.
• Standing for more than 6 hours per day.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions.
• Ability to work around machinery.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive tasks.
• Manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including earplugs, safety glasses, metatarsal boots, and guarded boots.
