About the Role

The Customer Service and Operations Professional will act as a liaison between customers and internal functions. This role is responsible for coordinating with supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT departments. The professional will work directly in multiple systems and electronic data interchange processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers across multiple channels, including international, bulk, retail, contract, industrial, or food away from home.
  • Effectively use integrated enterprise systems to maximize profitability.
  • Understand and execute the end-to-end sales process from order through shipment.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve issues affecting overall service to the customer and positively influence key performance indicators.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A 3-4 year progress towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, or closely related major.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use sound judgment when making service-oriented decisions that have financial implications.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, highly analytical, and ability to work in a high-change environment.
Compensation and Benefits

This internship offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • A comprehensive paid time off program with immediate access to two weeks of vacation (increasing to three weeks after just three years of service).
  • Five sick days, two emergency days, parental leave, and 11 company holidays (including two floating holidays).

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, working in our Green Bay office and remotely from home. From February to May, the intern will work part-time (20 hours) and June to August full-time (40 hours).
