Sales Administrative Coordinator

The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring timely and professional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Accurately complete administrative duties requested by colleagues within the Sales, Convention Services, and Reservation Departments.
Log and distribute incoming sales and catering leads, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
Type and distribute correspondence, including proposals and contracts, for assigned sales managers.
Maintain accurate account files, including contracts, turnover checklists, and post-convention reports.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and taking detailed inquiry leads.
Enter group information into the computer database, accurately blocking function space for future bookings.
Assist in coordinating site inspections and VIP requests, ensuring seamless logistical support.
Order office supplies and maintain functionality of office equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Good organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional business appearance and attitude.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Publisher, Outlook, and Excel, with knowledge of current relevant computer software programs preferred.
Associate or advanced degree in business or hospitality preferred.
