Medical Laboratory Specialist

Job Summary:
The Medical Laboratory Technician is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for performing advanced clinical procedures in a medical laboratory setting. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical, biological, immunological, and bacteriological testing with precision and accuracy.
- Collect and process patient specimens, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate test results and support patient diagnosis.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- MLT ASCP certification within one year of hire.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
