Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Door Unit Sales and Market Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing new business, expanding market share, and driving sales growth for our pre-hung door units.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively lead sales efforts to achieve performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Establish business plans to meet objectives, goals, and quotas for assigned customers.
  • Enter orders accurately and make necessary logistical arrangements.
  • Implement selling processes with account planning and sales calls.
  • Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Travel as needed to build stronger relationships with customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and target accounts.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Train, develop, and guide sales teams to work together to build the territory.
  • Work with vendors to ensure strong relationships, pricing alignment, and availability.

Requirements:
  • A four-year college degree from an accredited institution or 5 years of experience in business-to-business sales may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in business-to-business sales.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the building supply and millwork industry and markets.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
