We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Supervisor for our youth development program at Evidence Based Associates.

Our team provides project support services addressing common implementation questions and concerns, such as system assessment, readiness support, program implementation, and service coordination.

Responsibilities

This role will oversee the direct care staff and ensure that residents receive individualized therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision, training, and coaching to the direct care team, as well as participating in weekly meetings, intake assessments, and discharge planning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience working with adolescents and young adults living with trauma, and a passion for promoting healthy relationships and coping mechanisms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising direct care staff and ensuring coverage and ratios meet regulatory requirements
  • Participating in weekly meetings and supervising senior direct support professionals and direct support professionals
  • Collaborating on programming, including clinical, recreational, medical, food, and school services
  • Oversight of day-to-day implementation of clients' service and treatment plans
  • Acting as an integral part of the interviewing process and making hiring recommendations
  • Collaborating with clinical and nursing staff regarding client functioning and modifying Individual Crisis Management Plans as necessary
  • Participating in intake and admission processes for new referrals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate Degree in a related field, along with relevant experience in supervisory roles. A strong background in evidence-based practices, particularly those focused on trauma-informed care, is essential.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Masters, Bachelors, or Associate Degree required; varies with years of related experience
  • Supervisory experience working with adolescents/young adults
  • Willingness to work with vulnerable populations and adapt to their needs
