The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and exceptional organizational abilities. As an Eye Care Specialist, you will assist the doctor with in-office procedures, educate patients on eye health best practices, and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, gather medical history, and obtain relevant information
  • Conduct initial patient assessments and record findings
  • Assist with in-office procedures as needed
  • Educate patients on eye health best practices
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
