The Opportunity

As part of our team, the diagnostic imaging specialist will demonstrate ownership for ultrasound practice at One Medical through the provision of quality imaging care in a progressive and human-centered environment.

What You'll Likely Work On:

  • Performing and recording diagnostic ultrasound procedures including but not limited to extremity and extremity venous, abdominal, intravaginal/pelvic (non-OB), soft tissue, scrotal, thyroid, lumps and bumps
  • Maintaining ultrasound tests of high diagnostic quality
  • Effectively explaining exams and communicating procedures to members while preparing and positioning members for diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Maintaining member records in One Medical's in-house EMR and the image storage platform
  • Proactively inspecting and maintaining imaging equipment, diagnosing malfunctions, and communicating with office leadership regarding any equipment needs

You'll Be Set Up for Success If:

  • You have 3+ years of full-time experience practicing as an Ultrasound Technician
  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Tech Program within the United States and corresponding knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology
  • Current Registration in American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, with certification in abdominal and pelvic examination
  • Current BLS certification required

This opportunity is located at the Evergreen Park office in Palo Alto, CA.

Schedule and Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm PDT

Weekdays (Monday - Friday) with the potential requirement to work some weekend shifts in the future

Compensation:

$66.80 to $71.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule

Total compensation package may include additional pay and benefits
