Senior Care Nurse Practitioner

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Med Care Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Review and document medication administration records
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident information
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and Wellness Nurse to ensure high-quality care
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
