The Host/Hostess is responsible for delivering a friendly greeting upon guests' arrival, promptly seating them, and bidding them farewell and inviting them back upon their departure.

• Guest Greeting: Greet guests immediately upon arrival and inform them that their table is ready.
• Table Management: Utilize all tables on a rotation to achieve the highest turnaround of guests and maintain a smooth flow of the restaurant.
• Communication: Answer calls promptly and politely, and respond to guest concerns/complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Teamwork: Assist teammates with opening/running/closing side work duties upon request.

• Education: High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
• Skills: Familiarity with Opentable, proper lifting techniques, guest relations, sanitation and safety, and safe alcohol service.

• Work Environment: Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.
