Ring's End, Inc. offers a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated annual compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled 5 Axis CNC Machinist to join our team in Milford, CT. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines under minimal supervision. Your strong work ethic and attention to detail will ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute machining operations by studying work orders, materials, and specifications.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including moulders, shapers, and millwork machines.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality logs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of prior experience operating 3 axis or 5 axis machines (or both).
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or millwork is highly beneficial.
  • Basic shop math skills and ability to read and understand production profiles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
