Morrison Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for our staff. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and directing the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial culinary professional to join our team and contribute to the success of Morrison Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet corporate guidelines and exceed customer expectations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of food and non-food supplies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Participate in departmental meetings and staff development programs
- A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field
- Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- Extensive catering experience and high-volume food service operations experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality control, and presentation
- Must be experienced with computers and Microsoft Office software
