About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in providing compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a fast-paced hospital environment.

This position includes paid dialysis training and the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team, delivering specialty nephrology care through various renal therapies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and deliver dialysis services in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in nephrology care.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Familiarity with intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) experience is preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.
