Job Summary

This is a full-time position offering flexible scheduling options, including weekday and weekend day shifts. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastrostomy tubes. Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Timely and compliant documentation of care provided
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
