Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification highly valued
