We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team in the Mother Baby unit. With a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your nursing career while making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role: As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare teams, and contribute to the development and implementation of patient-centered care plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in educational programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities: * Direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations. * Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient outcomes. * Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to enhance patient care and clinical expertise.

Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. * Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia. * American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. * One year of experience as an LPN is preferred, but not required. * Additional certifications or specialty training may be beneficial in specific units.
