**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team at Vensure Employer Solutions. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our commercial lines portfolio.
- Policy Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
- Task Management: Complete a high volume of tasks daily, including recording activities in our agency management system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other internal teams to deliver top-tier insurance solutions.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English fluency and Spanish proficiency.
- Computer Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma: Required.
- 4-40 License: Desired, but not required. Commitment to obtaining the license is expected.
