Role Overview

The successful candidate will hold the position of Design Lead - Architectural Professional, working closely with our team of experts to deliver high-quality projects across the region. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who can showcase their skills in design leadership and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design teams in interpreting design concepts and translating them into practical solutions, evaluating alternatives for cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement all local, state, and federal applicable building codes, constructability, and architectural standards of practice.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines, balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Control projects from start to finish, maintaining accurate documentation to ensure projects stay within budget and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate verbal and written communications with multidisciplinary teams, interacting with contractors and clients throughout project phases.
Requirements
  • Registered Architect in Minnesota.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture principles and practices.
  • Able to lead teams and demonstrate effective project management skills.
  • Advanced understanding of building codes, specifications, and IBC.
  • Proficient in Revit and experience with SketchUp and Lumion.
