**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision coverage, supplemental medical coverage, special dependent coverage, vacation/holiday/sick/education time and leave, retirement and savings plans, relocation package, and professional liability coverage. Our partnership program allows eligible physicians to transition to a partner/owner after three consecutive years of full-time employment or six consecutive years of part-time employment, with increased benefits and voting rights on organizational decisions.

**Job Description**

We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physicians to join our team at Kaiser Gardena, Normandie North, and Signal Hill Medical Office Buildings. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

**Estimated Salary**: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
