FSRI Children's Mobile Crisis Case Manager

Position Summary: As a Case Manager for Children's Mobile Crisis Services, you will be responsible for providing case management and behavioral support services to children and youth in crisis and their families. You will partner with clinicians on all cases, utilizing evidence-based models of treatment, in a strong team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management and behavioral support services to children and youth in crisis and their families.
- Partner with clinicians on all cases, utilizing evidence-based models of treatment.
- Work in a strong team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, registration, and proof of automobile insurance required.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR within the first year of employment, along with ongoing renewal requirements as determined by the State of Rhode Island.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6% above base pay.
- Children's Mobile Crisis Case Managers earn an additional $500.00 monthly incentive.
