Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse I to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Nurse I, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our Mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
  • Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
  • Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
  • Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
  • Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
