Synthetic Rope Fabricator

Job Type: Temporary (Until the End of the Year)

Location: Stafford, TX

We are seeking a skilled Synthetic Rope Fabricator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Night Shift fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality synthetic rope products based on detailed instructions and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and pull materials weighing up to 75 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
• Perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, conversions) accurately.
• Read and retain instructions from orders and engineering drawings.
• Accurately use a tape measure and record quantities of materials on spreadsheets.
• Stand for the entire duration of the shift.
• Work without distractions and follow team lead instructions daily.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on the production floor.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and pull up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and conversions).
• Ability to read and retain instructions and engineering drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to use and read a tape measure.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to work independently without distractions.
• Strong team player with the ability to follow directions daily.
• Must wear PPE at all times while on the production floor.
