Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Team Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a Member Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates in providing member service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist management with supervising associates and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with members and associates to resolve issues and provide guidance
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs and improve member satisfaction
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of new associates
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business processes
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Leading a front-end team and supervising experience preferred
