About the Role

This pivotal position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Retail Marketing, within our award-winning Creative Studio team. As a key contributor, you'll oversee the creation of visual merchandising strategies for all retail channels, emphasizing exceptional customer experiences through product placement and storytelling.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising plans to enhance sales and brand identity in brick-and-mortar stores across all direct and wholesale channels.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product teams during development to create product/merchandising renders supporting the Wholesale sell-in process.
  • Directive Development: Design directives, planograms, and toolkits for product and seasonal launches across various global channels.
  • Store Openings: Create customized directives for new store openings.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across different channels.
  • Training and Support: Work with store and sales teams to train on visual standards and processes.
  • Reset and Launch Execution: Assist in executing visual merchandising resets and launches at key retail locations and new store openings.
  • Travel Requirements: 20% or more travel for new store openings, with varying seasonal requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of visual merchandising experience with multi-door and omni-channel brands.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on creative display production within a corporate environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively relay strategies.
  • Display Production and Visual Standards: Strong comprehension of display production, visual merchandising standards, and monthly floor set processes.
  • Training and Flexibility: Experience with short-term and long-term training on visual merchandising responsibilities across the field, as well as alignment of training internally.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and Planogram software.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience, to support your growth and success in this role.
