About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Specialist for Cardiac Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation
- Providing expert nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- An active RN License
