We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach.

About the Role

This staff RN position involves providing exceptional patient care in a hospital-based setting. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.

  • You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
  • Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team.
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire. Additionally, you should possess a Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL). Current BLS Certification is required, and ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification may be necessary depending on the facility or department.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, as well as paid time off. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $160,000, based on experience and qualifications.
