Nurse Manager

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all clinical administrative functions, including patient care delivery, fiscal management, and human resources.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective nursing practices and policies to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a competent and engaged workforce.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional practice standards.
- Current Registered Nurse license and BSN degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years of management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong commitment to furthering institutional performance measures through interdisciplinary teamwork.
