Maintenance Operations Specialist

**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Operations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the school’s facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. This includes:
* Maintaining the building and classroom, developing a lifelong love of learning for our students
* Ensuring the safe operating condition, fuel, and cleanliness of our vehicles
* Performing minor painting and wall touch-ups
* Troubleshooting any malfunctioning systems and reporting to our supervisor if outside contractors are needed
* Meeting all job requirements, including being at least 21 years of age, having a driver’s license, and completing a driving test
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
