Job Summary

The Support Operations Coordinator reports to the Assistant Dean for Academic Services and provides high-level support for the Dean of the college and the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs & Industry relations. The successful candidate will have the ability to be proactive and think strategically, demonstrate an interest in process improvement, and utilize technology to create efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for senior academic staff members, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency across various departments.
  • Analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 6-8 years of experience working in an administrative support role, preferably at an academic institution.
  • Demonstrated experience working with confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and independence while being part of a larger team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
