Healthcare Sales Representative

Increase membership through direct sales and marketing of Molina Medicare products to dual eligible, Medicare-Medicaid recipients within approved market areas.
Achieve stated revenue, profitability, and retention goals while maintaining a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration.
