About the Role

Involve Financial is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Kansas City area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and providing them with the best possible solutions for their health insurance needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for training and developing other team members, participating in sales meetings and training, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
