We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director Specialist to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. in Redding, CA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist the Community Director with day-to-day property operations, supervising on-site staff, and managing assets to meet client goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and residents while representing FPI Management.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders, including employees, residents, and guests.
  • Employee Management: Supervise on-site staff, train new team members, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Leasing/Occupancy: Maximize occupancy levels, exhibit professional leasing techniques, and implement marketing strategies.
  • Revenue Management: Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and vendor invoice processing.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and provide timely reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, report incidents, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests, document needs, and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within residential property management.
  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
