About the Role:

As a Department Head at Christian Foods, you will be responsible for leading shifts and ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You will also lead departments, manage assigned systems, set goals, delegate tasks, and report results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead shifts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Report results to team and other managers

Requirements:

- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
