Heavy Duty Truck Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Truck Maintenance Technician to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As an essential member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of vehicles.
About the Role:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy duty trucks, including inspections, lubrications, and replacements of parts.
- Diagnose and repair complex problems with engines, transmissions, and other critical systems.
- Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and operational.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in heavy duty truck maintenance and repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and repair of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
- ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications a plus.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
