Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

About the Role

  • Assist Residents with Daily Activities: You will assist residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Provide Personal Care: You will provide personal care to residents, including assistance with toileting, transferring, and ambulation.
  • Document Resident Information: You will accurately document resident information, including medical history, medication administration, and changes in condition.
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings: You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: You will maintain a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors by adhering to infection control procedures and reporting any safety concerns.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a nursing assistant preferred.
  • Experience: One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant or in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
