Job Summary

Dalcom Engineering is seeking a part-time Facilities Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness of our office and surrounding grounds. This role involves groundskeeping, housekeeping, and general upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Groundskeeping
    • Maintain lawns, shrubs, and trees through regular mowing, edging, and fertilization.
    • Perform snow removal during winter months.
    • Operate tools such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, and pressure washers.
  • Housekeeping
    • Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms.
    • Restock bathrooms with supplies and empty trash bins.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in home cleaning and/or ground maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends if needed.

This is a part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week. Due to the part-time nature of this role, this position is not eligible to receive any benefits.
