About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager for Key Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our product development teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development and sales, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our target market. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Work closely with product development teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of success
- Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our target market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans to achieve business goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions

- A competitive salary range of $261,800 - $486,200, depending on location and experience
