Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, efficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in nursing, with an Associate Degree and active Registered Nurse-NM licensure.
  • BLS Certification at time of hire.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
