Supporting Independence for Individuals with Disabilities

Rauch Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals with disabilities in the Kentuckiana area.
We are currently seeking a Home Leader for our Supported Living program, providing direct assistance to clients and promoting independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with developmental disabilities to live independently
- Mentoring clients on daily living skills
- Transporting clients to appointments and community events
- Managing house finances
- Providing supervision to home staff
The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a valid driver's license.
A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with shift differentials available for second and third shifts.
The estimated salary range for this position is $30-$40 per hour, based on experience and educational background.
Rauch offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401K/403b plan, and educational assistance.
This role reports to the Director of Supported Living and requires occasional travel.
